Minor differences like slight color shade, tiny pattern details or manual craft deviations may exist due to lighting, screen display and batch production, but it won’t affect the overall look and use of the product.
You can view the sales receipts through the following common methods:
1. Online store/platform account
Log in to your account, navigate to "Order History" / "My Orders" → open the order → view
2. Email Inbox Search for the order confirmation or receipt sent by the store in your email (usually sent to the email address used during your purchase).
3. Mobile application: In the retailer's application, navigate to "Menu" → "Purchase History/Orders" → select the order for which you wish to view the electronic receipt.
4. Bank or credit card statement Please check the transaction records in your credit/debit card or bank application (merchant and transaction amount will be displayed, but not a complete receipt).
1. Check the return policy first
- Most sellers accept returns within 7–30 days after delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, with all tags and in original packaging.
- Some items (e.g., personalized goods, perishables) may be final sale.
2. Start your return request
- Online order: Log in to your account → My Orders → Select the item → Click Request Return / Refund.
- In-app: Go to Profile → Orders → Choose the order → Tap Return Item.
- Email/chat: Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for approval & get the return label
- The seller will review your request (usually 1–2 business days).
- If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email or in the app.
4. Pack the item properly
- Use the original box if possible; remove old shipping labels.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- Seal the package securely.
5. Ship the item back
- Attach the return label clearly on the outside.
- Drop it off at the designated carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) or the seller’s physical store.
- Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery.
6. Wait for refund or exchange
- After the seller receives and inspects the item, they’ll process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear in your original payment account.

- Wrong size / Doesn’t fit
- Item damaged or defective
- Not as described / Not matching the picture
- Changed mind (check if eligible for free return)

- United States: All 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Canada: All provinces and territories.
- International: Most countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.

- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days (free for orders over $50).

Areas we cannot ship to
- Countries with trade restrictions or sanctions.
